Free Shipping on orders over $99

Bees Lighting offers free shipping on orders over $99 to the lower 48 states, excluding products that are 48" or longer in length.

• Orders under $99 will have a $9.95 flat fee rate.
• Excludes products 48" in length or longer. The additional charges will be marked on each item prior to check out.
• There are no surprises or hidden charges.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO.
• Free shipping applies to only the 48 continental U.S. states.
• Shipping fees applies to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or outside of the U.S.

Shipping outside of continental 48 States:

Beeslighting.com does not ship directly outside the continental 48 states. However, we are able to work with customer's freight forwarders to accommodate. Additional shipping charges may apply. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties and taxes and any additional fees may be applied upon export. It is the responsibility of the freight forwarder to inspect the shipment before accepting the delivery. Once the shipment has been received and accepted by the freight forwarder, Bees Lighting is not responsible for any damage or loss of products.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at 855-303-0665 or simply reply to the order confirmation email with cancellation request. Bees Lighting will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special order, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.

Out of stock items and back orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The backordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge. However, the customer can request the order to be shipped complete once all products are available.
