Missing Products or Parts

• Your orders may be shipped in multiple boxes. To check if your item has been shipped in multiple boxes, please locate it in the "My Orders" section and click on "Track Your Package" option. In case your shipment shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, please refer to the instructions provided here.

• It's possible that the part you think is missing from your fixture might actually not be missing at all. Sometimes, the parts are stored in places for shipping that makes them difficult to find. To help you determine if your product parts are hidden, we suggest that you review our guides on finding hidden parts.

Missing Parts Policy:

If the steps mentioned above do not resolve your issue, we will send you replacement parts, hardware, assembly guide, or any other resolution that is available, provided it is reported within 30 days of delivery. In order to facilitate a satisfactory resolution, we may require you to provide us with a photo(s) of the item or return the original product. If we instruct you to return the original item and we do not receive it at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We also reserve the right to decline service for any missing items that are reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
