If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please leave us a message here that you wish to cancel or simply reply to the order confirmation email with your cancellation request. Bees Lighting will do our best to try and assist you promptly and in a timely matter. However, special orders, marked as shipped and drop-shipped items cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. If an item cannot be canceled, customers can return eligible items.
